Some terms and things to know before reading:

PTC- Paid to click
Referral- A person who signed up under your name. You usually get paid every time they click.
Referral packages- A package of members that you can buy as referrals.
Payout- The amount of money your account must have before they will send it to your Alertpay (or other) account.
Cash Out- Requesting the money in your account to be sent to your Alertpay account.
Alertpay- Something similar to Paypal. PTC sites usually use this to send money to you. It works almost like an online bank.
